1. Service Description

AgentChef ("we", "us", or "our") provides a technology platform that enables users to discover, access, and implement automation workflows for business processes.

Our services are limited to:

  • Providing access to a curated database of automation workflows
  • Offering workflow templates and implementation guides
  • Processing subscription and platform usage fees
  • Providing technical documentation and support

AgentChef explicitly:

  • Does NOT provide business consulting advice
  • Does NOT guarantee workflow performance or business outcomes
  • Does NOT verify third-party integrations beyond our testing
  • Does NOT make implementation decisions for users
  • Does NOT provide technical support for third-party services

2. User Obligations

Users agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Use the platform for legitimate business purposes
  • Respect intellectual property rights of workflow creators
  • Obtain independent technical and legal advice as needed
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not resell, redistribute, or share premium workflows
  • Use workflows in accordance with their intended purpose

3. Fees and Pricing

  • Service fees are charged according to the selected subscription plan ($300/year for premium access)
  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
  • All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
  • Free users have limited access to workflow previews

4. Intellectual Property

  • The AgentChef platform and all content remain our property
  • Users receive a limited license to use workflows for their business operations
  • Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute platform content for commercial purposes
  • Users retain ownership of their own account data and created content
  • Premium subscribers have commercial usage rights for downloaded workflows
  • Workflow creators retain rights to their original work

5. Liability Limitations

Our liability is limited to:

  • The amount of fees paid for platform access in the preceding 12 months

We are not liable for:

  • Business decisions made using our workflows
  • Accuracy or performance of third-party integrations
  • Lost profits, data, or consequential damages
  • Service interruptions or technical issues
  • Workflow implementation failures or errors
  • Security breaches of third-party services

6. Data Privacy and Security

We will:

  • Protect user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • Implement reasonable security measures
  • Only share data as outlined in our Privacy Policy
  • Notify users of any security breaches as required by law
  • Use secure payment processing through Stripe
  • Store data securely using industry-standard practices

7. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Terminate or suspend access for any violation of these terms
  • Modify or discontinue services with 30 days notice
  • Remove or edit content at our discretion
  • Refuse service to anyone for any reason
  • Cancel subscriptions for non-payment

Users may:

  • Cancel their subscription at any time
  • Export their data before account closure
  • Request account deletion in accordance with privacy laws

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE.
